Our focus is on accounting services that focus on the business and developing its capabilities to achieve its owner’s goals. We work with individual medical specialists and have a full understanding of their structures and accounting needs, especially in the post COVID economic times. Start-ups are another area of specialisation. We assist individuals to start a business or to launch their professional practice. This covers accounting, setting the business up, and business strategy. In addition, Chris provides business mentoring and strategic advice to assist clients to more effectively manage and grow their business, so they are focused on what they need to do – with relevant and up-to-date information. A key part of this service is the Quarterly Business Review program. This service uses the data from quarterly BAS statements to create management reporting which is used in a strategic review meeting between the client and Chris.
